Our games
Games are licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use. They are free to play, contain ads and offer optional in-app purchases, also governed by the App Store or Google Play terms. Purchases are tied to the store account you bought them with and can be restored from the game’s settings.
Live series
- Taking part is free and voluntary. Each series counts comments, likes or follows according to the rule in its title; we may ignore spam, automated, abusive or duplicate interactions.
- By taking part you allow us to show your public handle and what you named on the live maps and in future episodes.
- The series are entertainment. Rankings have no monetary value, and we may change the rules, reset a season or end a series at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t cheat, reverse-engineer, disrupt our services, or use them to harass anyone. Comments that are hateful or harmful are not counted and may be removed.
Intellectual property
The WhiskerWorks name, logo, games, characters and videos belong to 9506-6320 Québec inc.. Our press kit assets may be used to write about us.
Liability
Our services are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including the Québec Consumer Protection Act.
